Orders within Malaysia typically arrive with 2-7 business days (UTC/GMT +8:00). This includes both the processing time and the shipping time. Our partnerships with reliable providers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS ensure dependable delivery.

For orders with a total value exceeding RM20, we offer free shipping. This allows you to shop without worrying about shipping costs.
3.2 Shipping Fee
If the order value is below RM20, a shipping fee of RM3.99 will be charged. This fee covers the necessary costs involved in the shipping process.
1. Delivery Time Details
We aim to ship your orders from our warehouse as quickly as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipment. This email will include all relevant information about your package's shipment.

If you need to change the delivery address, you can do so free of charge as long as we have not yet provided you with a tracking number. Once you inform us of the change, we will ensure that your order is delivered to the new address.

6.2 For Non-Registered Customers
If you are not yet registered on our website, you can still track your order by entering your order ID and email address.
